Here at My Kiatu, we take shopping seriously, therefore customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
ALL Vintage, Preloved (apparel, shoes) and accessory ITEMS ARE
FINAL SALE.
New with tag/new in box items are EXCHANGE ONLY (store credit).
NO REFUNDS.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 15% restocking fee will apply. Requests must be made within seven (7) of delivery date.
Request an exchange online at http://mykiatu.returnscenter.com State order number and reason in the body of the email.

Once My Kiatu receives the item(s), we will inspect for resalablity. Shoes & Apparel must be UNWORN, Free from DAMAGE, in ORIGINAL CONDITION. Any item found to have alterations or damage to packaging, tags or shoe box's exterior that differ from the original condition will be subject negation of exchange.
A one-time use STORE CREDIT will be issued for you to purchase a new item. Customers are responsible for new shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will also apply.
